Hello, my name is Kaori.

I’m a Product Designer specializing in improving user onboarding processes for websites and software.

Many companies struggle with low sign-up rates or poor click-through rates, often because their onboarding experience creates friction. I review the entire user journey, identify problem points, and redesign the onboarding flow to make it smooth, engaging, and effective.

I’m an AI-native UX Designer — not only skilled in Figma prototyping, but also using tools like V0 and Cursor to Vibe Coding for rapid prototyping. I also take on the role of a UX researcher — conducting user interviews and usability testing directly with founders and users to gain insights.

 

From there, I define the MVP, run two-week sprints, and deliver redesigned experiences.

Beyond design, I bring product management skills — working closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineers to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

I’m also the host of AI Founders’ Mindset, a global podcast with 890,000 subscribers, where I interview AI startup founders, investors, and accelerators. In addition, I lead live workshops in Silicon Valley on topics like no-code prototyping, journaling for creativity, and community building.
